Welcome to WSLA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WSLA Platform and all associated services. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the WSLA on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “WSLA” or “we”: Refers to the WSLA platform and its operating company
- "User" or "you": Any person or entity that uses our Services
- "Services": All products and features offered via the WSLA platform
- "Content": Any texts, images, messages, or data created or shared via the Platform
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to conclude contracts
- You have not previously been blocked from using our services
- Provide true and accurate information when registering
3. Account and security
3.1 Create an account
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
- Keep the password confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend:
- Use a strong and unique password
- Activate two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Do not share login data with anyone
4. Use of the Services
4.1 Permitted Use
You can use WSLA to:
- Manage customer conversations across supported communication channels
- Send marketing messages to your customers (with their consent)
- Automate responses using chatbot
- Analyze the performance of the customer service team
4.2 Prohibited Use
The use of WSLA for the following activities is expressly prohibited:
- Sending spam or unwanted messages
- Violating data protection and privacy laws
- Post illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
- Impersonate or mislead recipients
- Hacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Resell services without written permission
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Violating the policies of WhatsApp, Meta or other platforms
5. Fees and payment
5.1 Subscriptions
- Prices are specified on the pricing page and are subject to change with prior notice
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled
- Payment is made in advance for the subscription period
5.2 Refund Policy
- Fees paid are generally non-refundable
- In the event of cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current billing period
- We may offer a partial refund in exceptional cases at our discretion
5.3 Late Payment
If payment fails:
- We will try to collect the amount again
- Account may be suspended after 7 days of failure
- Data may be deleted 30 days after suspension
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Our Ownership
WSLA owns all rights to:
- Platform, software and source code
- Trademarks and logos
- Design and user interface
- Content we publish (documents, articles, etc.)
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By uploading Content, you grant us a license to:
- Hosting and displaying content to provide the service
- Create backups
- Analyze data in aggregate (without identification)
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or always available.
We are not responsible for:
- Any losses resulting from service interruption
- Data loss (despite our security efforts)
- Actions of third parties (WhatsApp, Meta, etc.)
- Content you send or receive through the Platform
- Indirect or consequential losses
8. Limitation of Liability
In all cases, our total liability will not exceed:
- Amounts you have paid to us in the previous 12 months
- Or $1,000, whichever is less
9. Compensation
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses resulting from:
- Your violation of these terms
- Your illegal use of the Services
- Your violation of the rights of third parties
- Content you post or submit
10. Termination of service
10.1 Termination by You
You can cancel your account at any time in your account settings. After cancellation:
- The service continues until the end of the billing period
- You can export your data before canceling
10.2 Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violated these terms
- You use the Service in a fraudulent or illegal manner
- You have not paid the fees due
- This was requested by a competent legal authority
11. Changes to Terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Email 30 days before the changes take effect
- Prominent notice on the platform
Your continued use of the Service following the changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
12. Governing law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved via:
- Friendly negotiations first
- Mediation if necessary
- The competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
13. General provisions
- Full Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between us
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not mean a waiver of it
- Separability: The invalidity of any clause does not affect the rest of the terms
- Transfer: You may not transfer your rights without our written consent
